SAM, The Center for Strategic Research of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Turkey, invites you to submit manuscripts of your original paper (which haven't been published anywhere before) for possible publication in the Journal of Perceptions, Issue No.1 of year 2009.
Topic: Any subject related to international relations which might be of interest for Turkish Foreign Policy.
