Masculinity and women’s changing conditions PDF Print E-mail

Women change. Do men change?

Have the changes in women’s conditions been accompanied by changes in men’s identities?

How does this alteration, if present, reflect on their image of themselves?

Does the image they draw of their partner resemble the image of a modern woman?

Or do men still wish a woman who resembles the “original woman”?

What is their attitude towards the current bias against women in our societies? To what extent do they support our case?

Finally, are they satisfied with their masculine roles shaped by our social culture or do they feel, like women, the burden of its constraints?

This book contains attempts to respond to these queries
